Privacy policy

VirtualTryOn processes the images you submit to create the result you request. Original uploads are sent through our server to OpenAI for generation and are not saved by VirtualTryOn. Generated results become inaccessible through our result endpoint after 24 hours. You can delete a result sooner.

What we process

We process your account identifier, uploaded images, selected tool options, generation status, prompt version, request identifier, latency, and usage information needed to enforce the daily beta limit. We do not place image bytes or API keys in ordinary application logs.

Why we process it

We use this information only to provide the requested image workflow, enforce safety and usage limits, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service from abuse.

Retention and deletion

Generated images become inaccessible through our result endpoint after 24 hours and can be deleted sooner from the result panel. Physical object-storage deletion is performed by a configured storage lifecycle rule and must be verified for the deployed environment before we make a fixed physical-deletion promise. Daily usage records are retained to operate the beta quota. Original uploads are not retained by VirtualTryOn after the request finishes.

Your responsibility

Do not upload an image unless you have the right to use it and permission from each identifiable person. Avoid sensitive documents, minors, or intimate imagery.

Service provider

OpenAI processes image inputs and outputs to provide the model response under its applicable API data terms. Contact us if you need help with deletion or privacy questions.
